The manufacturing industry of Ghana, as promising it is, has many shaping to be done. This specifically goes the automobile manufacturers and engine rebuilders Ghana. Though agile very skillful in rebuilding engines have reported grievances on their service renders them. shows that, knowledge zeal rebuild puts at a certain level but needs further additional requisite tuning reach pinnacle. For this reason, researcher therefore sought investigate how cylinder bores piston ring end-gap contribute failure locally rebuilt engines. A descriptive design was used for study sample 60 participants responded structured questionnaire. primary data provide reliable up-to-date information analysis. were entered SPSS with analysis performed using inferential methods. findings revealed that errors made work procedure had stronger effect clients’ than its other counterpart. Practically, flaws bore significantly affects satisfaction.
